Shipping & Delivery

At Quaranta Cavalieri, we value our clients deeply. That is why we continuously work to improve our delivery process to ensure you receive our products as quickly as possible.

Products sold on www.quarantacavalieri.com are prepared and carefully packed by our team and shipped to multiple countries globally. We are actively expanding our shipping zones. If your country is not yet listed, please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Order Status

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. Once your package is picked up by our shipping partner, you will receive another email with a tracking number.

You can check your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.

Note: Order status updates may take up to 48 hours (or 72 hours during weekends and holidays).

We offer Standard International Delivery. Delivery times start from the shipping date and are subject to customs clearance.

Special Conditions for Shipping to Italy

Declaration: Contact us at [email protected] to request a Declaration Form. As per Italian law, you must fill and return this form before we can process your order. DHL Italy may also require confirmation upon arrival at customs.

Restrictions: Maximum of 2 items per category per shipment (e.g., two shower gels and two perfumes). Samples (2ml) count as one item. Additional fees apply for multiple shipments.

Restrictions by Country

Due to international shipping regulations for restricted/dangerous goods, we are currently unable to ship to: Spain, Egypt, China, Chile, Israel, Mongolia, Brazil, and Qatar.

Payment Policy

To finalize your order on www.quarantacavalieri.com, you will be asked to choose a payment method to pay for the products in your shopping bag and any applicable delivery charges.

Depending on the selected country, you will be able to choose from one or more supported payment methods. All purchases and standard shipping fees (if applicable) are usually charged in the official currency of the shipping destination.*

Currently supported payment currencies are: EUR, USD, and GBP. All orders are placed with Quaranta Cavalieri, registered in Am Lorsenpark 4, 24837, Schleswig, Deutschland. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply additional international transaction fees. We do not control these charges and cannot estimate their amount. Please contact your card issuer for details.

Once payment is authorized by your card provider, your order will be processed. In case any product becomes unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone. If your order includes multiple products, you may choose to receive available items or cancel the entire order and be fully refunded.

Duties & Taxes

In most countries, import duties and VAT are included in your final order cost. However, in some regions, additional taxes may be required by your local customs. You are responsible for paying these charges. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for more details before placing your order.

Compliance

You must follow all local laws and regulations for importing goods to your country. We are not liable for any breach of such laws.

Price Modifications

Quaranta Cavalieri reserves the right to update prices of products on www.quarantacavalieri.com at any time without prior notice.

Important Notes

Orders from Afghanistan, Australia, Ghana, India, Iraq, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Uruguay are billed in USD.
If PayPal Express is selected, you will be billed in USD regardless of shipping country.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Quaranta Cavalieri will gladly accept items for return or exchange under our policy. For any questions or further assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Only products in their original unopened packaging, untampered and unused, are eligible for return or exchange.
If returning a full order, any complimentary samples must also be returned. A deduction of 10 EUR will apply if they are not included.
Damaged or defective products upon delivery may be returned. Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us immediately.
Only products purchased through quarantacavalieri.com are eligible for return/refund.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method and purchaser.
Orders paid via voucher will be reissued a voucher of equal value with the same expiration date.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
Sale items, personalized or engraved products are not eligible for return.
Returns must include the original product box, packaging, and a copy of the shipping invoice.
Quaranta Cavalieri is not responsible for lost or mishandled return shipments.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will arrange a refund or exchange. Please email us at [email protected] with photos. Upon validation, we will provide a complimentary return label for the item.

How to Make a Return

Contact us via email or live chat to initiate the return process.
Send us clear photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, we will send you a return label.
Pack the item securely in its original box with appropriate protection to avoid damage.
Send the package using the return label provided and share the tracking number with us.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 4–8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
